I listened to a recent Pointless podcast where Kevin Pereira discusses the latest Californian legislative news involving medical marijuana with an advocate. The advocate brings up a poignant point about the debate surrounding Measure D and F. The point was that D would not only limit access — but create a monopoly for the pre-existing dispensaries. It really put it into perspective why I saw dispensaries campaigning so hard for the D.
