Medical Marijuana Basics for Older Adults: Class 1

March 8 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

These classes are geared to low-tech/ older/ disabled participants, but caregivers, family, and providers are all welcome. Register for a medical cannabis class to learn the basics of using medical marijuana in Portland, Oregon. I am not a doctor, but instead I use my background working in Public Health and social services to make a comfortable space to ask questions and learn the basic info needed to be a savvy consumer patient. Real people, fun health education, and a focus on pain relief. Medical marijuana isn’t for everyone, but it might be a good thing to learn more about.

Are you dealing with chronic pain issues or other health concerns? Did you know you don’t have to smoke it for it to work? Did you know that it can work without getting a patient “stoned?’ Come learn more.

We will plan for class 2 as a group.

SALE price for tickets: $50 per person for 2 sessions (class 1 and class 2). Regular price $90 per person.

$15 per person for 2 sessions (class 1 and class 2) if you receive SNAP benefits (food stamps).
